Have you ever heard about The Beatles ? If yes, then you probably asked yourself, where this is coming from. Well, I want to let you know that The Beatles, are coming from LIVERPOOL CITY.

Photo below attached from my recent trip to Liverpool.

Statues of The Beatles stand in front of the Liver Building under a blue sky. The statues appear to be bronze and are mid-stride in Liverpool, UK.

I have visited Liverpool 4 times now, and every time I leave the city, I’m thinking when I should come and visit it again. That’s because I really like the architecture, shops ( just for looking, not purchasing 😆), streets, and there is a free museum for everyone that wants to know more about Liverpool city and the city did through World War II. Very interesting museum, i would highly recommend to visit the museum only when the weather is bad outside.

So let’s start by what you should consider visiting first , when you decide to go to Liverpool.

1. Liverpool Museum.

I have mentioned this above, but let’s talk more in depth here. The museum is free entry, however they do accept donations, cash or card, up to you. It’s a great place to go, especially if outside is rainy, windy or just you not feeling the traveling vibe.

The photo above, I took it while I was in Liverpool visiting the city with my family. I have visited the museum some years ago, but because this time was so nice and lovely outside, I just didn’t wanted to spend my time spending inside a building, and also the museum is not huge, it can be seen in couple of hours, totally depends on the person, if the person visiting it, is really into this thing and will read everything, then definitely more time is required.

2. The Shopping Mall and High Street.

This is a good thing is you are really into shopping, or maybe your partner :D. If so, then here you can find everything you want from small and cheap brand to big brands. Shops for every pockets, and wishes. As said, if you are into buying stuff, then you have lots of shops, the shopping mall is not massive like Westfield in London, but is big enough to offer everything you want to shop.

That is one photo I took while walking through the Shopping Mall. As you can see, is very busy mall, especially during the weekends. The high street is even busier because there are more shops and lots of restaurants, and places where you can have some good food.

That’s a photo of High Street. As said below, if you are really into shopping and eating out, then in Liverpool you can find lots of great shops and restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal. That’s an other good reason, why you should consider visiting Liverpool city, if you are not far from it.

3. Stunning waterfront views

If you are after some beautiful selfie, or maybe you want to get some good images, then this place won’t disappoint you. When nice and sunny outside, the waterfront is the busiest place in the city, everyone is getting here, as there is lots of room to do other things, like skating, running and other fun activities.

The waterfront is also a great choice if you are a photographer and traveler like myself, because you can get some decent shots there, like the one above that I have shared with you.

Scenic view to some of historical buildings there, like the Liver building. Which give a stunning view when you look at it.

The image features the Royal Liver Building with its clock towers and a statue of Edward VII on horseback against a blue sky in Liverpool, UK.

Above is an other photo I took with the statue and the Liver building, is just an amazing place to view, it cannot be described in the words, but only by visiting the place, you can understand and feel the feeling when seeing such great place.

More images below from my camera that I took at this location:

4. View of the docks and boats.

If you love the boats and docks, then you can find them in Liverpool too. This place is not massive, but again, you can view a great range of boats. And the most visited place, is the Royal Albert Docks. Here you actually can walk around a little places with boats. And around that area, you can see and visit restaurants, shops, coffee places, souvenir shops and many more. Is more like a small corner with random and small shops.

These shops will offer more and something unique to what you can see from the shopping mall or high street from the town centre of Liverpool.
